Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You must also have a receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at charleyjaneslashline@gmail.com or via our contact page. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank to process and post the refund.
Please be aware that in the unusual circumstance of receiving a faulty item, this must be reported to our Customer Care team at the earliest opportunity, and no later than 5 days from receipt of the item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
