Are you tired of mundane 9-5 work and dream of changing your career? If you answered yes, then becoming a qualified lash technician is perfect for you! Here at CharleyJane’s we provide in-depth, full accredited training courses in eyelash extensions and LVL’s.

Our Classic Eyelash Extension Training Course provides the fundamental theory and practical skills you need to excel as an eyelash technician. You'll receive a Charley Jane’s Lash Kit, worth over £100, containing everything required to kickstart your journey. After completing the in-depth theory lesson, you'll progress to an in-class practical training and assessment. To fully qualify, you'll complete three post-course modules.

Course Highlights

Anatomy & Physiology: Eye structure, hair, skin, and hair growth cycle.

Lash Essentials: Classic lash definition, lengths, curls, styles, diameters, and mapping.

Tools & Techniques: Glue, tweezers, tape methods, and lash application.

Client Care: Consultations, patch tests, aftercare, allergies, and side effects.

Maintenance: Lash removal, infills, timing, and shredding.

Hygiene & Safety: Sterilisation, contraindications, and hygiene standards.

Business Basics: Social media marketing, client record cards, booking systems, and insurance.

 

What’s Included in Your Lash Kit:

Lash Tools: 4 lash pads, 1 tape, and 4 glue rings.

Adhesives & Removers: 1 adhesive and 1 remover.

Applicators: 4 applicator brushes and 4 lash wands.

Tweezers: Professional set of tweezers.

Lashes: Mixed lengths of D curl (0.15mm) and C curl (0.15mm).

Training Mannequin: Includes 6 reusable eyelids for practice.

Extras: 1 sheet of mapping stickers and a Charley Jane’s lash box.

 

Attending your course 

What to wear

Casual and comfortable attire is required for the course. Please ensure you bring glasses if you are required to wear them. 

What to bring

Please ensure you bring a note pad, a pen and some lunch. Drinks will be provided throughout the day.

Charley Jane's is based in Sheering, Bishop’s Stortford, CM22 7LR.

Parking is available directly outside the salon.

In addition to group training courses, we also offer personalised 1-1 training sessions. Simply reach out to us to request a 1-1 training course, and we’ll arrange it for you!

How do I know if this is the right course for me?

New to eyelashes? No worries! Our course is beginner-friendly, whether you're starting a new venture or looking to elevate your lash skills, this course is ideal!

Please note, you must be 16+ to join this course. We advise 16-17 year olds to contact insurance companies prior to purchasing.

What happens after the course?

Once you complete the course, you’ll need to finish 3 case studies. This involves applying lash sets on three models and submitting clear photos of your work for review. Once your work meets the required standard, your certificate will be sent to you by post.
