Our Russian/Hybrid Eyelash Extension Training Course provides comprehensive instruction on the fundamental theory and practical techniques necessary to become a highly skilled eyelash technician. Included with the course is a Charley Jane’s Lash Kit, worth over £165, which equips you with all the essential tools to begin your practice. Upon completing the in-depth theory session, you will proceed to in-class practical training and assessment. Certification will be awarded once you successfully complete 4 post-course modules.

Please note: This course is exclusively available to individuals who have already completed training in Classic Eyelash Extensions.


Included in Your Lash Kit:

Tools: 4 lash pads, 1 tape, 4 applicator brushes, 4 lash wands, 4 glue rings, and a set of tweezers.

Adhesives & Removers: 1 adhesive and 1 remover.

Lashes: Mixed lengths of D curl (0.10mm, 0.07mm), C curl (0.10mm, 0.07mm), and easy fan (0.03mm).

Extras: 1 sheet of mapping stickers, a lash training mannequin with 6 reusable eyelids, and a Charley Jane’s lash box.

 

Course Highlights:

Anatomy: Eye, hair, skin structure, and hair growth cycle.

Lash Essentials: Lengths, styles, curls, diameters, and mapping.

Lash Types: Russian and Hybrid lashes, their benefits, and application techniques.

Volume Techniques: Creating fans, perfect fan width, volume vs mega volume, and pre-made vs handmade fans.

Application & Maintenance: Application for Russian and Hybrid lashes, lash timings, infills, and removals.

Client Care: Consultation, aftercare, patch tests, allergies, side effects, and contraindications.

Hygiene & Safety: Sterilisation, hygiene practices, and required products.

Business Essentials: Insurance, client record cards, booking system, and legislation.

 

Attending your course 

What to wear

Casual and comfortable attire is required for the course. Please ensure you bring glasses if you are required to wear them. 

What to bring

Please ensure you bring a note pad, a pen and some lunch. Drinks will be provided throughout the day.

Parking is available directly outside the salon.

How do I know if this is the right course for me?

New to eyelashes? No worries! Our course is beginner-friendly, whether you're starting a new venture or looking to elevate your lash skills, this course is ideal!

Please note, you must be 16+ to join this course. We advise 16-17 year olds to contact insurance companies prior to purchasing.

What happens after the course?

After completing the course, you’ll need to finish 4 case studies: 2 sets of Russian lashes and 2 sets of Hybrid lashes on three models. Clear photos of your work must be submitted for review. Once your work meets the required standard, your certificate will be sent to you by post.
